Michael H. Yancey is President of Crown Capital Commercial Corporation. He directs debt and equity financing.
Mr. Yancey graduated from Stanford University with an undergraduate degree in economics in 1975. While at Stanford he played varsity football and rugby.
Mr. Yancey received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 1979. In law school he was an editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and authored an article on California Usury Law.
During law school Mr. Yancey also served as a law clerk for the California Department of Real Estate.
Mr. Yancey was a real estate appraiser for Home Savings of America and an attorney for the San Jose law firm of Berlinger, Cohen and Biagini. He subsequently served as Vice President of Income Property Lending for Crocker Mortgage, a leading California mortgage lender.
